UK premium tax hike 'raid on the responsible': ABI

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has criticised an
increase in the UK's insurance premium tax to 10 percent as a
"raid on the responsible".
In a statement released ahead of the increase on 1 October, the
ABI said the changes, which affect most general insurance premiums
in the country, would hit customers for the second time in a year,
following a prior jump from 6 percent to 9.5 percent last
