Towers voters may still block revised Willis deal

Towers Watson shareholders might yet block the proposed merger with
Willis despite the terms of the deal being revised, according to JP
Morgan analyst Sarah DeWitt.
A vote on the transaction has been postponed a number of times
in the face of mounting opposition from Towers shareholders, after
two reports from proxy firms advised them to vote against the
