Towergate names new CUO

UK broker consolidator Towergate has named RSA's Andy Baughan
as chief underwriting officer (CUO) today (27 January).
Baughan, who was previously product and pricing director for
RSA's UK personal lines division, replaces Paul Jewell, who has
been Towergate CUO since 2013 and leaves "to pursue his next
career move".
Baughan has previously worked for Tesco Underwriting, Zurich
Financial Services, Churchill Insurance Group and Hiscox in a
variety of senior underwriting roles.
