Technological change is top risk for airlines

A survey of senior airline executives by global broker Willis
Towers Watson (Willis) has identified technological change as the
number one risk to the industry.
Airline executives also emphasised the challenges posed by
social unrest, involuntary migration and terrorist threats.
Willis surveyed 147 senior executives, including 69 CEOs and 47
CFOs, most of whom (88 percent) worked for organisations with
annual revenues of over $1.5bn.
