Starr's Blakey shuffles lead roles in casualty group

Starr Companies' newly named insurance head Steve Blakey has
reorganised his casualty group and made some leadership changes in
the process, the company said today.
The insurer is consolidating financial lines and professional
liability under senior vice president Brian Inselberg. Inselberg
also will assume responsibilities for political risk and crisis
management.
Executive vice president Dan Conway will oversee energy,
environmental, transportation and warranty.
Conway, who has more than 30 ye
