Starr appoints financial lines VP

Starr Companies has announced the appointment of Tim Haggerty as
vice president of its financial lines division.
In his new role, Haggerty will be responsible for the growth and
resource management of Starr's public company management
liability products and clients.
The executive has 24 years of experience in the insurance and
financial services sectors.
His areas of expertise include liability lines such as
directors' and officers', employment practices and
