Skuld hires Stallard as cargo underwriter

Norwegian protection and indemnity (P&I) club Skuld's
Syndicate 1897 at Lloyd's has appointed David Stallard as cargo
underwriter, following an exodus of key staff earlier in the year.
Stallard is joining the carrier from Ropner Insurance Services.
Skuld said he would assist in the development of the marine
equipment, subsea and cargo business lines.
Based in London, Stallard will report to the carrier's class
underwriter Andy Lane.
