SIRC: AGCS sees Asian rates 'significantly below' technical levels

All carriers writing industrial and commercial lines of business in
Asia are writing well below their technical rates, according to
Chris Fischer Hirs, CEO of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty
(AGCS).
