Ryan Specialty Group acquires LoVullo Associates

The US wholesale broker Ryan Specialty Group has agreed to
acquire LoVullo Associates, in its fourth deal of 2017, as the
company bolsters its presence in the US mid-market.
LoVullo Associates is a wholesale commercial and personal lines
broking firm based in upstate New York.
LoVullo will become a unit of Ryan Specialty subsidiary R-T
Specialty and the company will be rebranded RT Specialty
Buffalo.
