RT Specialty will 'never' be purchased by retailer: client letter

RT Specialty has reaffirmed its commitment to independence after it
was last month selected by Aon as its "preferred"
wholesaler.
The move led to speculation over what Aon described as its
"larger, deeper relationship" with RT Specialty, which
was launched by the broking giant's former chairman and CEO Pat
Ryan and ex-CRC president Tim Turner in 2010.
