RSG subsidiary launches Lloyd's upstream energy binder

Global Special Risks (GSR), a subsidiary of Ryan Specialty Group
Underwriting Managers, has today (8 January) launched a binding
authority for upstream energy.
The new entity has backing from Lloyd's oil and gas and
energy underwriters. Business will be underwritten in Houston,
Texas, by GSR's chief underwriting officer Thomas Morelli.
