RSG acquires Hunter George & Partners

Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) has announced that is to acquire
Hunter George & Partners, a London-based specialist managing
general agency (MGA) focused on insurance solutions for M&A
transactions.
Hunter George founders Ian Theato and Tim Martin will continue
to lead the business, which features underwriting capability in
several areas, including warranty and indemnity, commercial tax
liability and contingent risk insurance.
