RSA appoints former Allianz exec to board

UK-headquartered international insurer RSA has today announced
the appointment of Enrico Cucchiani to its board as a non-executive
director as of 1 December.
RSA said he will also join both the risk and remuneration
committees.
The group said that Cucchiani has over 35 years global executive
and non-executive experience across financial services including
banking and insurance.
