RMS tips low level wind damage from Harvey

Various scenarios modelled by RMS suggest that wind losses as a
result of Hurricane Harvey are most likely to fall in the low
single-digit billions.
It said this was based on a selection of modelled storm
scenarios that resembled Harvey's forecast.
