PPL terror gets off to slow start

A canvassing of those pioneering use of the London market's
Placing Platform Limited (PPL) electronic placing platform in the
terrorism market has revealed a slow but steady start for the new
class.
One system user said that it was a very quiet time of year and
that the process had so far been slow.
"We're set up and ready to go, but haven't had one
transaction through yet," they said.
