Pioneer launches operational power team

Minova Insurance-owned managing general agency (MGA) Pioneer
Underwriters has launched a new operational power division with
$40mn capacity, it announced today (24 February).
Pioneer has hired Tom Wilson and Stuart Brazier to build the
unit, which will offer insurance to independent power station
owners, operators and utilities.
It will also offer bespoke products for the biomass and
waste-to-energy industry.
