Perils lifts Windstorm Dirk loss to EUR420mn

Perils lifted its loss estimate for Windstorm Dirk by 14 percent to
EUR420mn ($514mn) in its fourth and final report on the storm.
The storm affected the UK and France from 23-25 December 2013.
The loss compilation agency previously estimated the loss at
EUR370mn in its last report issued in June.
Dirk was one of a number of violent European storms that
inflicted severe damage across the continent in fourth quarter of
2013.
