Opinion: Floridian newcomers

Last week, down in the darkened corners of Monte Carlo's edgier
bars, brokers and underwriters lamented the futures of certain
Floridian carriers.
One Lloyd's underwriter predicted at least 10 could go pop
as a result of Hurricane Irma, while another suggested it could be
as many as a dozen.
