O'Farrell to head new Arch run-off vehicle

Recently departed Chubb chief reinsurance officer Bill
O'Farrell is working with Arch to establish a new run-off
carrier, The Insurance Insider can
reveal.
According to sources, O'Farrell has re-emerged at the
Bermudian (re)insurer just days after Chubb announced he was
leaving his position to pursue other opportunities.
The launch of the new legacy reinsurance vehicle is
not imminent, but sources said that O'Farrell has been brought
in to execute a project that already has a mature business pla
