Navigators names Milner to succeed Coward at NavTech

Navigators has promoted Patrick Milner to become president of
its NavTech unit, which underwrites upstream and downstream energy
as well as a host of other technical risks.
He takes over from Stephen Coward who had been with the carrier
for more than 15 years before retiring last month, and served as
the unit's first chief when it was formed in January 2009.
