Matthew dissipates but leaves Carolinas underwater

Hurricane Matthew has left parts of the southeast US facing days
of flooding, after departing the Atlantic coast on Sunday.
While the storm caused less destruction than first feared in
Florida, (re)insurers' attentions have turned to the subsequent
heavy rainfalls in North and South Carolina, which have resulted in
severe flooding.
