Mariah Re dispute goes to appeal

Liquidators of the Mariah Re tornado bond have filed an appeal
after a New York district court threw out their lawsuit against
bond sponsor American Family Mutual Insurance and service companies
PCS and AIR Worldwide.
The appeal notice did not provide any further information on the
grounds for appeal.
The earlier judgment against Mariah Re had denied the plaintiff
permission to amend its dismissed complaint.
