M&A specialist MGA Acquinex in pipeline

Former Beazley transactional liability underwriter Chris Thompson
is launching a new MGA focused on providing warranty and indemnity
(W&I) insurance for smaller M&A deals, The
Insurance Insider understands.
The London-based venture, called Acquinex, has set up on the
Eaton Gate managing general underwriter platform and is currently
in the final stages of lining up capacity providers.
