LMG launches market consultation on Tom initiatives

The London Market Group (LMG) has launched a market consultation on
the six priority initiatives under the target operating model
(Tom), the group announced this morning (6 November).
The consultation, which begins today and will run until the end
of 2015, considers delegated authority, complaints management,
claims, data integration, settlement and international shared
services.
