Liberty names head of marine

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) has promoted Michael Burle to head
of marine with immediate effect, it announced today (15 March).
Burle was previously underwriting manager for war and terrorism,
fine art and specie. He replaces Simon Clapham, who has taken on
the new role of head of underwriting performance management across
LSM.
Burle will report to active underwriter Peter Smith.
