Legal Update: Nervous shock claims restrained

The end of the 2015 to 2016 parliamentary session brought an end to the progression of the Negligence and Damages Bill, which would have extended the class of potential secondary victim claimants to include not only the immediate family of an injured party, but also the extended family, colleagues and friends.
