LaRocco to take on State Auto chairman role

State Auto's president and CEO Michael LaRocco is set to assume
the position of chairman once Bob Restrepo steps down from the role
at the end of this year.
The news comes amid a significant restructure at the Ohio-based
carrier, which was implemented shortly after LaRocco took the reins
in May as the insurer looks to turnaround flagging results.
