Jersey regulator plans 18.1% insurance fee hike

Jersey's financial services regulator will increase fees
charged to insurers by 18.1 percent from 1 October and will
introduce a fee on transfers of insurance business, after failing
to receive a single piece of feedback when it proposed the moves
several months ago.
The Jersey Financial Services Commission issued a consultation
paper detailing its proposed fee hike and its rationale for doing
so in June.
