Hurricane Jose may threaten US after 'odd' loop

Hurricane Jose, which had followed a track similar to Irma's
last week, has halted its progress toward the US but may yet emerge
as a threat and that has posed the possibility of a third cyclone
hitting the nation in the space of a month.
Analysts are already saying the combined insured losses from
Hurricane Harvey and Irma, now a tropical storm, may lead to a
firming of property reinsurance rates, so if a third storm strikes
it could strengthen...
