Hong Kong regulator drafts mainlander insurance guide

Hong Kong's Office of the Commissioner of Insurance is
drafting statements to explain the difference in local laws and
regulations to Chinese mainlanders purchasing policies in the
city.
The document is designed to ensure mainlanders purchasing
insurance in the territory understand the risks involved, including
exchange rate risks and that legal fees could be higher in the case
of disputes.
