Hiscox finalises DirectAsia Hong Kong sale

London-listed carrier Hiscox has completed the sale of its
DirectAsia Hong Kong business to Well Link Group Holdings after
receiving regulatory assent for the deal.
In a regulatory filing, the company explained the divestiture
would enable DirectAsia to shift its focus towards growing in
Singapore and Thailand.
DirectAsia will continue to operate under the same brand for a
transitional period of up to one year.
The Hong Kong division of DirectAsia was founded in 2012. The
