Guarantee begins corrective steps ordered by Florida

Guarantee Insurance, the workers' compensation carrier
controlled by former Patriot National CEO Steve Mariano, has filed
a corrective action plan with Florida regulators, the first step in
a process that began when the insurer was put under state
administrative supervision last month.
