Gen Re to close six offices

US reinsurer Gen Re is to close six offices as part of a
reorganisation of the company's global P&C business, it
announced today (11 March).
Following a review the Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary announced
it will close its Charlotte, Seattle and St Paul operations in
North America, its Riga office in Europe, and its Hong Kong and
Melbourne offices in Asia.
