Claimant legal bodies have slammed the non-amendment of the the Criminal Justice and Courts Bill clause The fundamental dishonesty clause unfairly targets claimants and could encourage spurious fraud allegations by "unscrupulous" insurers, according to the UK's major claimant legal representative bodies.
