FCA keeping 'watchful eye' on firms' culture

Andrew Bailey, chief executive of the UK Financial Conduct
Authority, has warned the regulator is keeping a "watchful
eye" on financial services companies as rules that govern
culture start to bed down.
Writing in The Guardian newspaper, Bailey said the new
senior managers and certification regimes were progressing well six
months on, but that he recognised that culture change would take
time.
