Expansive Rockhill to rebuild E&S property platform with Upton hire

Rockhill Insurance Group is set to rebuild its E&S property
platform offering to wholesale brokers after luring Tracy Upton
from Everest National.
Upton will lead the newly launched E&S property unit with
market sources suggesting he will look to build out a team likely
to initially number in the range of 6-8 people, with the potential
to expand further depending on market opportunities.
