Everest taps AIG's Weiser for excess casualty line

Everest Re's insurance arm has hired Debbie Weiser away from
American International Group to run its excess casualty line out of
New York.
Weiser was head of excess casualty strategic growth and
innovation at AIG. Previously she was president of excess casualty
for Travelers. She began her career at Chubb.
"Debbie brings to Everest extensive experience in the
umbrella and excess space, particularly in the valued middle market
client segment," Everest specialty casualty head Connie
Germano said.
