ERS appoints Hall from Pen as active underwriter

ERS Syndicate 218 has appointed former Pen Underwriting chief
underwriting officer Martin Hall as active underwriter.
Prior to joining Pen Underwriting, Hall held senior underwriting
positions at Direct Line Group and Zurich.
Hall will join ERS in the coming months, after which interim
active underwriter and director of underwriting Gina Butterworth
will continue to lead an investment programme focusing on the key
capabilities of underwriting, pricing, reserving and management
information.
