Enstar continues 'extortion' case against Nokes

Legacy-to-live insurer Enstar is continuing its legal action
against former executive Gareth Nokes over alleged extortion after
his attempt to have the case dismissed was quashed.
Enstar began proceedings against the former CFO of live platform
StarStonein July 2017, after Nokes accused the firm's executives of
manipulating financial statements for their own gain.In addition, Nokes is alleged to have made "untrue,
