Energy market change on horizon: Willis

Willis Towers Watson has predicted that rate declines in the
energy market will decelerate as the impact of prior-year losses is
felt.
In its Energy Market Review Update for October, released today, the
global broker said while the pressures of competition and abundant
capacity persisted, pricing levels were becoming increasingly
untenable as premium income had fallen by around 30 percent in the
upstream sector in the last year.
