Endurance deal puts Sompo on track for top-10 slot
Sompo Holdings' $6.3bn agreement to acquire Bermudian
(re)insurer Endurance will help the Japanese carrier to eventually
achieve its goal of becoming a top 10 publicly listed carrier, its
CFO has said.
Shinji Tsuji revealed that Sompo still had a war chest for
future acquisitions, but said that it would prioritise the
integration of Endurance for now.
