Eiopa tackles auditors' interaction with regulators

A lack of formal rules on how auditors and supervisors should
exchange information has prompted the European regulator to issue a
set of guidelines.
Existing rules require auditors to report promptly any facts
likely to have a serious effect on the financial situation or the
