Deadline day approaches for Xchanging bids

Ebix and IT services firm Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)
have just two more days to either submit a formal bid or walk away
from the battle for UK technology outsourcer Xchanging.
The race for Xchanging began after its rival Capita and private
equity house Apollo approached the firm about a takeover during the
summer, as disclosed by Xchanging on 5 October.
