Darag confirms CFO hire in executive shake-up

Run-off acquirer Darag has confirmed the hire of Mike Trotman as
its chief financial officer in an overhaul of the company's
management structure.
The Insurance Insider first
reported Trotman's appointment on 21 July, to replace Simon
Minshall, who has left the company.
Trotman joins Darag from the private equity-backed retailer TM
Lewin, where he was CFO for 14 years. Before TM Lewin, Trotman was
a finance director in the oil and gas industry.
