Cincinnati Financial outlook raised to positive by AM Best

The outlook for Cincinnati Financial's insurance operating
companies was raised to positive from stable by AM Best today
because of the strength of its balance sheet as well as its
"appropriate risk management" and improvement in
underwriting performance.

the Cincinnati Insurance Company's "historically
conservative loss reserving standards that have resulted in
recognition of the substantial favourable development of prior
