CGSC appoints head of strategy and change

Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford (CGSC) has appointed Wendy
Kilminster as head of strategy and change, it announced today (16
June).
She takes up her role in September and will report to Andy
Wallin, group commercial director.
Kilminster joins from Lloyd's where she served most recently
as head of strategy and planning, and was responsible for leading
strategy development and determining response to market environment
issues.
