CFC appoints head of emerging risk

Specialty lines underwriting agency CFC has appointed Matt
Taylor to the newly created role of head of emerging risk, it
announced today (9 March).
Taylor was previously active underwriter and head of non-marine
for Montpelier at Lloyd's.
In his new role he will be responsible for the overall
development of CFC's emerging risk portfolio, including cyber,
emerging technology, transaction liability and intellectual
property rights insurance.
