Baio named WR Berkley CFO

Richard Baio has been promoted to become senior vice president and
CFO of WR Berkley, the US specialty insurer announced today (25
May).
The executive most recently served as vice president and
treasurer after more than seven years with the carrier.
He succeeds executive vice president Eugene Ballard who will
continue to have oversight responsibility of the firm's
finance, actuarial and data management departments.
In the new role Baio will be responsible for the financial and
treasury functions
