Axa announces exec appointments

Nicolas Leclercq has been appointed as head of Axa's
corporate finance and treasury department, as part of a wider
revamp of the company's senior executive team.
Amélie Oudéa-Castera has been named group marketing
and digital officer at the carrier, while Helen Browne has been
appointed group general counsel.
Browne was promoted from her role of group deputy general
counsel at the company, having previously held several positions in
the legal department including head of finance la
