Ascot confirms A&H entry with Whitbread hire

Top-quartile Lloyd's (re)insurer Ascot has entered personal
accident business with the hire of Channel Syndicate's Neil
Whitbread, the company said this morning (26 May).
The Insurance Insider revealed in
December that Whitbread and his deputy Alex Wright had agreed
to join Ascot.Whitbread had been head of accident and health at Scor-backed
Channel since 2014, with previous roles at Alterra and QBE.
